No doubt that I look forward to the months of September-December.

Not only are Pumpkin Spice Latte's sold during that whole time...but holiday makeup comes out! If you follow me on Snapchat (Anumr29) you will see new makeup I am trying out or sometimes a get ready with me!

I am excited for makeup all day, everyday but holiday makeup is the best because so many exclusive sets, colors, and packages come out! They are all so hard to resist! Here are some of my picks SO FAR on holiday makeup....what is worth purchasing, some alternatives, and some exclusive sets. There will be a part II in a few months as there is still so much that is releasing!



First up is the must anticipated Huda Beauty Rose Gold edition  I'm hearing mixed reviews on it, but mostly good...I couldn't help but snag myself one the night it launched last week! The textured shadows are meant to be used with your fingers. They remind me of the single Stila magnificent metal Which I happen to use during my pithi/mayoon ceremony last june for my wedding! The Huda beauty Eye shadow palette will be in Sephora November 6th! Keep, a look out on snap chat as I will be doing a mini review and swatches next few days and also a blog post dedicated to this queen!

Contains: 6 Textured shadows, 2 pearlized, 10 are matte. No mirror, no eye shadow brush.

Price: $65-(with an order of $75 you get free shipping, so if you get this on it's own you have to pay $20 shipping so instead go ahead and add a lip contour liner, or liquid matte lipstick instead of paying for shipping)

Alternative: For those of you who are on a budget, and may have some Ulta points collected, you may want to get the Anastasia Modern Renaissance Palette....my sister Sumera and a fellow beauty blogger Alisha have raved about this palette and can't live without it! UPDATE: It's a permanent palette!





Next up is the Anastasia X Mario Palette If you don't know who Mario is...he is Kim Kardashian's makeup artist! Everyone has raved over her super blended Smokey eyes...so it was time her make up artist came out with a palette of his own with no other than contour and eyebrow queen herself...Anastasia! I think this is the "naked palette" of this season. I won't be buying it because I have so many neutrals, but if you are into collecting makeup like I am or just love Mario's work...then this is a must have!

If you have been using lipsticks....you need to be welcomed to the world of liquid lipsticks! One of my favorite brands is stila for liquid lipsticks. The best part about trying out makeup during holidays is multiple mini versions of the pricey single item.
